【应用】国产低成本6通道容隔离芯片Π160E60用在伺服控制系统,1颗即解决6路PWM驱动波形隔离问题
目前伺服控制系统追求小体积化,在逆变单元上采用带驱动的智能单元IGBT IPM模块,对于设计者来说只需要外部提供PWM信号的隔离就好了;传统的隔离采用高速光耦来实现,但是由于集成度不够高,整个设计体积会偏大点,目前绝大多数PWM信号采用容隔离的芯片来做,由于集成度高,可以做到伺服驱动器的体积小。荣湃半导体推出的6通道容隔离芯片Π160E60,即可以满足伺服小体积设计需求,另外在设计成本上相比光耦或者容隔离方式的芯片也有成本优势,降低伺服驱动器设计成本。
图1为典型的IPM模块驱动示意图,只需要1颗Π160E60就可以解决6路PWM驱动波形隔离问题,体积上比高速光耦隔离方式会小。Π160E60通信速率可达200Mbps,完全满足信号的高速传输需求,另外低于9ns的延时时间,完全可以满足系统快速响应及调节。可靠性方面,该芯片可以提高5KV隔离电压,满足认证需求;-40℃-125℃宽工作范围可以保证芯片在不同工况下稳定运行;另外对于芯片的两个隔离地之间的噪声,Π160E60可以做到120KV/us,相比其它隔离芯片,有更好的抗干扰性功能,可以保证系统可靠运行。供电电压选择可以兼容其它设计方案,提供3V-5.5V供电为设计者带来更好的设计选择。
