群芯微推出的QXM720(单通道)是采用SOP-5封装的单通道高速15MBd的CMOS光耦合器。 光电耦合器利用最新的CMOSIC技术,以极低的功耗实现了卓越的性能。QXM720的基本构建是高速LED和CMOS探测器集成电路。每个探测器都包含一个集成光电二极管、一个高速跨阻抗放大器和一个带有输出驱动器的电压比较器。

1.建议使用电源电压斜升的压摆率以确保输出引脚上不会出现超过1V的毛刺。
2.从输入脉冲上升沿的50%VDD电平到VO信号下降沿的50%VDD电平,测量tPHL传播延迟。从输入脉冲下降沿的50%VDD水平到VO信号上升沿的50%VDD水平,测量tPLH传播延迟。
3.PWD= |tPHL-tPLH|
4.tPSK等于在推荐的操作件下,在任何给定温度下都可以看到的tPHL和tPLH的最坏情况差异的幅度。
5.CMH是共模电压上升的最大可容忍速率,以确保输出将保持在高逻辑状态。
