CHX2193-FAA, a 6.25-8.25GHz Internally Matched Frequency Multiplier in a 6×6mm Hermetic Ceramic Package
The CHX2193-FAA is a 6.25-8.25GHz internally matched frequency multiplier in a 6×6 mm hermetic ceramic package.
This circuit features an output frequency of 12.5-16.5GHz and exhibits 14dBm output power for 10dBm input power. Its DC power consumption is as low as 60mA@3.5V.
This product is designed on an internal GaAs 0.25µm GaAs process (space evaluated by ESA EPPL).
The circuit is designed for space applications and is also suitable for a wide range of applications from military to commercial communication systems.
