【经验】在开关电源中,纳米晶共模电感具备比铁氧体磁芯共模电感更加优良的特性
在开关电源中,由于电源在工作过程中会产生的高di/dt和高dv/dt,它们产生的浪涌电流和尖峰电压会形成了干扰源,这些干扰若不加以扼制,将对负载设备或开关电源本身造成损害,所说在EMI滤波电路中,经常会用到差模电感和共模电感来做相应的抑制,差模电感主要负责滤出输入或输出端两根线间之差模干扰信号,而共模电感主要负责滤出两条入线之共模干扰信号,如下图中L1就是共模电感。
目前我们常用的共模电感主要是铁氧体磁芯材料,铁氧体磁芯具有极佳的频率特性和低成本的优势。但是,铁氧体也具有一些无法克服的弱点,例如温度特性差 饱和磁感低等,在应用时受到了一定限制。
纳米晶合金是近年来出现的一款优良的共模电感磁性材料,他不仅具有优良的频率曲线特性,还具有高饱和磁感应强度、高稳定性和极佳的高耐温性,在1K-30MHz的频率间都具有优良的特性,特别是10K-100KHz低频段的高阻抗特性是铁氧体磁芯共模电感无法比拟的,非常适合应用于电网及各种电源中的EMC/EMI共模干扰滤除以及精密电子设备的保护等领域,如下是纳米晶材料和铁氧体材料电磁性能对比表。

【经验】共模电感及其工作原理
共模电感由两个尺寸相同、匝数相同的线圈对称地绕制在同一个铁氧体环形磁芯上,线圈的绕制方向相反。当两线圈中流过差模电流时,产生两个相互抵消的磁场;而当流过共模电流时,磁环中的磁通相互叠加,线圈呈现出高阻抗。因此共模电感能有效地抑制共模干扰信号,而对线路正常传输的差模信号无影响。
