1. Asset management UWB positioning solution
SKYLAB's uwb positioning asset management solution adopts ultra-wideband positioning technology. According to the actual situation of the rooms, corridors, and stairs in the positioning area, deploy a certain number of uwb positioning base stations. Fix the uwb positioning label on the asset equipment, which can accurately locate the real-time position of the valuable asset, so as to clearly display the specific location of all valuable equipment.

Asset management uwb positioning system composition:
(1) UWB positioning tags bound to valuable assets can transmit UWB signals to determine the location;
(2) The uwb positioning base station that covers the positioning area and has a fixed position can receive and calculate the signal sent from the uwb tag;
(3) Map and real-time location display management platform to acquire, analyze and transmit information to asset managers;
(4) PC terminal, mobile terminal application software, and map server.
The working principle of the asset management positioning system
Where the UWB base station signal is covered, the uwb positioning tag bound to the fixed asset periodically sends out a signal. After the uwb positioning base station receives the signal of the uwb tag, it calculates and transmits the data to the positioning server. The positioning server determines the real-time location of the valuable asset equipment according to the time difference between the signals arriving at different uwb base stations. The positioning engine software shows the real-time location of fixed assets and displays them through electronic maps.UWB asset positioning accuracy is usually in the range of 10cm to 30cm.

(1) Real-time positioning of fixed assets, real-time monitoring, and real-time tracking;
(2) High positioning accuracy. In the case of static positioning, the positioning accuracy is less than or equal to 0.3 meters; in dynamic positioning, the positioning accuracy generally does not exceed 0.5 meters;
(3) Electronic fence, safe area alarm: You can easily set a special area electronic fence, and entering and leaving this demarcated area will trigger an alarm;
(4) Historical movement track playback: The server can store historical location data for a long time, and can return to query the historical location information and historical movement paths of key equipment;

According to the design of the system architecture, the connection, data interaction, business processing, etc. among various functional subsystems are implemented and managed by the interface subsystem, which mainly includes the following interfaces:

2. Asset Management Bluetooth Positioning Solution
Bluetooth positioning is suitable for asset management, and the positioning accuracy is usually 2-5 meters. There are two types of Bluetooth positioning solutions for asset management. Suitable Bluetooth positioning solutions can be selected according to different asset positioning occasions.

Bluetooth asset location management system architecture
(1)Wireless network management: Monitor the status of the Bluetooth gateway, receive data from the Bluetooth gateway, and after data analysis, the location server will calculate the location of the Bluetooth asset tag.
(2)Positioning server: Provide indoor positioning function, calculate the position of Bluetooth positioning tag, and save the position of the tag;
(3)Asset Management System: Real-time inventory of assets.

Scheme Description:
(1) Bluetooth beacon: The asset location beacon sends broadcast packets at intervals.
(2) Bluetooth gateway: Scan and collect the broadcast packets of the surrounding Bluetooth beacons, and transmit the MAC address, RSSI value, time, power, and other information to the background server through 4G/5G/WiFi/Ethernet.
(3) The background server calculates the position of the Bluetooth beacon (Beacon) according to the RSSI value combined with the map.
According to the requirements of asset positioning, we calculate the existence (asset inventory) and approximate location of asset beacons. Since we marked the position of the reference beacon on the map in the background, the position of the asset beacon can be calculated by comparing the RSSI value of the obtained asset beacon with the RSSI value of the reference beacon. And send the information to the customer's management system through the API interface.
(4) The location of reference beacons and asset beacons can be obtained from the server through any mobile phone or display terminal, inventory of fixed assets, and real-time monitoring of fixed assets.

(1) Item information management: view the location distribution and real-time location of assets and equipment;
(2) Asset location tracking: The historical movement trajectory of asset equipment can be accurately recorded on the map, and asset trends can be grasped anytime, anywhere;

This solution is suitable for places where it is inconvenient to arrange a Bluetooth gateway. If a Bluetooth gateway can be arranged, it is recommended to use an asset location management solution based on a Bluetooth gateway + Bluetooth beacon.
