热效能测试平台是海克赛德一款用于模拟实际热源工作情况的测试平台,测试平台配合温度数据采集仪,测试热源及散热模块各测试点温度,该测试平台更大程度上实现了测试工况的一致性。
平台采用气动形式,配有气压阀和高温可调节软性压头、多压头、多点位,可实现压力可调、行程可调,适用于多芯片的冷板散热器,同时有延时功能、计数功能,可以控制压力维持时间,记录操作次数。并有防止误操作设计,充分保护使用者的安全。
