【选型】NIPPON CHEMI-CON微型铝电解电容选型分析
Nippon Chemi-Con是铝电解电容器的顶级制造商,电解电容产量位居世界第一。其产品广泛应用于汽车电子,工业自动化,UPS,基站、电动汽车,光伏,充电站储能、通信基站设备,IoT,LED照明等。NIPPON CHEMI-CON推出了KMG,KMQ,SMG,SMQ系列微型铝电解电容笔者将根据不同的应用来介绍选型。
KMG,KMQ,SMG,SMQ主要应用在高压直流系统中。针对恶劣和极端环境(例如大型冷库设备、高温温度检测器等装置),笔者推荐使用NIPPON CHEMI-CON公司的KMG和KMQ。KMG和KMQ电容工作温度范围为-55-+105℃(6.3-100Vdc),可在6.3-450V电压下工作,电容公差为±20%(M) ,漏电流很小,仅为0.03CV或4uA,绝缘性能良好,能量损失低至0.08,能量损失极低,效率较高,使用寿命为1000-2000小时。KMG和KMQ的区别在于,KMG的电容范围相比(1-22000uF)KMQ的电容范围(1-47000uF)来说较小。由于二者都是微型铝电解电容,尺寸较小,可以有效的减小PCB面积。KMG和KMQ的一个重要优势就是可在极端环境下稳定工作。
如果器件工作在一般环境下,不易拆卸更换类产品(例如通信系统中的移动基站,大型工业自动化设备等),笔者首推SMG和SMQ。SMG和SMQ电容工作温度范围为-40-+85℃(6.3-400Vdc),可在6.3-450V电压下工作,电容公差为±20%(M) ,漏电流很小,仅为0.03CV或4uA,绝缘性能良好,能量损失低至0.08,能量损失极低,效率较高,二者在极端温度下的使用寿命为稳定的2000小时,在一般环境温度下寿命可以更高,可以满足较长时间的稳定运行的需求。SMG和SMQ的区别在于,SMG的电容范围相比(1-22000uF)SMQ的电容范围(1-47000uF)来说较小。由于二者都是微型铝电解电容,尺寸较小,可以有效的减小PCB面积。SMG和SMQ的最大优势就是极高的使用寿命!
