【产品】1812、2220两种封装非磁性保形涂层径向引线陶瓷电容器,适用于直流滤波
EXXELIA是复杂无源元件和精密子系统的制造商,专注于高要求的终端市场应用和功能。EXXELIA推出的NON MAGNETIC CONFORMAL COATED(非磁性保形涂层)系列径向引线陶瓷电容器,包括1812、2220两种封装形式,具有高热稳定性和电压稳定性,电介质有X7R、NPO两种,符合RoHS标准,是环境友好型器件,主要应用于解耦、直流滤波等领域。

该系列径向引线陶瓷电容器电容范围非常广泛,X7R、NPO分别为150nF~1µF、180pF~10nF;直流电压均为63V~500V,适用于中低压应用范围。操作温度范围均为-55℃~125℃,具有出色的耐高温性能和极强的环境适应能力,满足工业环境应用要求。此外,NPO电介质产品可提供±30ppm/°C的温度系数,适用于温度敏感型应用。在产品容差方面,NPO电介质产品可提供±1%、±2%、±5%、±10%、±20%容差,X7R电介质产品可提供±10%、±20%容差,提供多种类型供用户选择,满足不同的工业应用场景。
此外,1812、2220封装的X7R、NPO产品的介电耐压均为250%的额定电压;在25℃、额定电压下,两款产品绝缘电阻为100GΩ或1,000Ω.F中最小值,具有优良的绝缘特性。详细X7R、NPO两种电介质参数见图3。
