【产品】具超高温保护功能的高电源电压运算放大器TP128X
TP128X系列是思瑞普微电子推出的高电源电压放大器,具有低偏移、低功耗和稳定的高频响应。可作为许多商用运算放大器的PIN TO PIN替代,以降低功率并改善输入/输出范围和性能。
TP128X系列凝聚了思瑞普微电子专利设计技术,获得非常好的交流性能,7MHz带宽,20V/μs转换率,低失真。每路放大器仅1600μA的静态电流。输出轨至道。TP128X具有超温保护功能,保证芯片安全。温度达到170°C左右时TP128X的输出将进入高阻,当温度降到大约150°C时就会恢复功能。

TP128X系列常应用于仪器仪表,有源滤波器、ASIC输入或输出放大器,传感器接口,电机控制,工业控制。
