为避免中水表锰锂电池(1500mAh,标称电压3V)因负载短路异常造成燃烧或爆炸风险,一般在电池输出加一颗自恢复保险丝做过流保护设计,选型因素参考如下:
1、额定工作电压:锂锰电池供电,单节3V*4串,以1.25倍过压考量,建议选择耐压至少16Vdc自恢复保险丝;
2、额定工作电流:电池最大脉冲放电电流800mA,以1.5倍过流,选择保持电流1.2A自恢复保险丝设计;
3、低待机功耗
针对如上设计需求,推荐选择LITTELFUSE(力特)电池叠片型自恢复保险丝RF1387-000,最大额定工作电压16VDC,常温25℃下保持电流1.2A,可承受最大故障电流60A,工作温度范围-40℃~85℃,典型电性参数参考如下图1所示。

低待机功耗:可以通过计算得出,利用P=Ihold*Ihold*R得出,其中自恢复保险丝保持电流Ihold为1.2A,Rmin=0.039Ω,Rmax=0.067Ω,其中Ihold、Rmin和Rmax可通过图1中电性参数表格获取,带入公式得到Pmin=0.05616(W),Pmax=0.09648(W),即待机状态时的功耗为0.05616W~0.09648W。
