【应用】高频大电流的功率电感FP1005R1-R12-R用于服务器主板供电设计,封装尺寸小,节约主板位置
伴随着互联网时代的来临,数据中心得到充分发展,高性能服务器广泛应用于数据中心。服务器采用多相供电,输出低压大电流的核心电源给主板供电,CPU对供电要求较高,滤波处理需要用到电感,本文介绍一款高频大电流功率电感FP1005R1-R12-R应用在服务器主板供电设计。
服务器主板的多相供电设计上,通常使用多相数字PWM控制器驱动多个PWM通道控制智能功率级内部MOS实现稳压输出,电路输出存在高频杂波,使用电感和电容组成LC电路滤波,提供纯净的电流给主板供电。
某客户设计采用瑞萨的60A智能功率级ISL99227方案,使用到FP1005R1-R12-R进行滤波。FP1005R1-R12-R是一款120nH的功率电感,25℃下额定直流电流为60A,可以满足滤波需求。同时这款电感封装尺寸为10.2 mm x 7.0 mm x 4.95 mm ,可以节约主板位置,简化结构设计。
