LITTELFUSE推出Qxx15xx/Qxx16xHx系列15安培和16安培双向固态开关系列专门用于交流开关和相位控制,例如电机转速和温度调节控制、照明控制和静态开关继电器。

标准型器件通常通过启动交流线路而在第一及第三象限内运行。
交变型器件只能在第一、第二和第三象限内运行,用于高dv/dt能力的电路中。
