IDT 器件几乎消除了标 准 DSA 在 MSB 衰减状态转换过程中发生的 瞬时过冲。因此,避免了损坏放大器以及 ADC 采样数据信号丢失。
在增益下降时,噪声系数在临界区域几 乎保持平坦。通过增强 SNR,可显著降低射频工程师的设计约束。
IDT 器件可降低本底噪声和 IM3 互调失真,从而改善 SNR,如下列黄线所示。这对于拥挤的频谱 环境来说十分关键,因为这样可 加强服务质量并释放未利用的 频谱。
KLIN 恒定线性度
调整增益时,KLIN 会保 持恒定的高线性度。 随着增益降低,线性 度 (OIP3) 会在关键域内 保持恒定不变。这可 防止随着增益降低而 影响互调失真。
K|Z| 恒定阻抗
在 RF 端口间切换时 K|Z| 保持近乎恒定阻抗,维持较高的 RF 端口回损。没有 K|Z| 的标准 RF 开关在切换 RF 路径时,由于切换事件过程中 RF 开关的阻抗没有得到良好控制,会造成较大的电压驻波比 (VSWR) 瞬态。通过控制切换过程中的阻抗,可以最大程度地降低 VSWR 瞬态,进而提升 RF 开关可靠性,降低下游组件承受的电压应力,改善系统总体性能。
