【经验】小体积4G通信模块电源10KV/天线6KV雷击浪涌测试整改案例经验分享
问题描述:
客户产品为一款交流供电小体积、空间非常紧凑型的4G通信模块(如下图一所示),该产品电源部分使用是某公司的AC-DC模块,其中供电范围为AC100~265V宽电压供电,同时有4G无线通信端口。产品需通过电源差共模10KV、天线端口差共模6KV的雷击测试要求。

整改过程:
1、客户产品未整改前,电源使用如下图二所示的方案,测试雷击差模3kV时,发现无电源输出,拆开产品分析发现AC/DC电源模块损坏,交流输入端短路;

2、因产品为模块电源,有灌封处理,不能了解内部电路原理及器件参数,故先去掉电源模块直接在防护电路输出端抓浪涌测试残压,发现其残压在900V左右,根据经验判定高于后端MOS管耐压,故更换通流能力更强的插件压敏电阻20D511K(考虑到使用寿命的问题),测试残压在850V左右,正常情况下后端MOS管可能是800V稳态耐压,故直接上机测试,原理图如下图三所示,测试时电源还是损坏;

3、经过一番折腾解刨AC/DC电源模块后,发现模块电源输输入啥都没有,直接就到整流桥,后端MOS管的耐压值为650V,远低于压敏的钳位电压。在不能更换电源模块且产品空间有限的前提下,很难通过使用多个MOV并联的方式来降低残压,经综合考虑之后,决定选用两级防护的方式来保护后端电源模块。前级使用优恩半导体插件高焦耳20D511KJ的压敏电阻,其瞬态脉冲电流峰值可达7KA,中间串接一个2W/50Ω抗浪涌电阻,次级使用优恩独有的贴片大通流的压敏电阻UNS4032-511K,其尺寸仅为10.4×8.2mm,最大通流却高达3.5KA,整改后防护电路原理图如下图四所示,最终电源通过差共模10KV浪涌测试;

最终经如上整改措施,产品通过测试,满足IEC61000-4-5 电源端口:差、共模±10KV,4G通信端口:差、共模±6KV的雷击测试要求。
分析总结:
1、因空间有限的产品,可以选择优恩半导体贴片大通流的压敏电阻,最大通流能达到3.5KA,满足IEC61000-4-5雷击浪涌最高等级IV级测试;
2、在220V中串联的退耦电阻选型时需注意功耗不能超过允许范围,客户电源使用功率较小,在兼容产品正常工作电压与电阻功耗的同时,考虑还需较强的抗浪涌能力。故电阻取值为平衡两方面后的选取值。
