LVA series snap-in Aluminum capacitor is designed with enhanced vibration performance and Nippon Chemi-Con has achieved “AEC-Q200 compliant” for snap-in capacitors. LVA series is suitable for the PFC output filter of OBC which is one of the key components of electric vehicles such as BEV or PHEV glowing rapidly in the automotive market. Endurance is 105℃ 5,000hrs.

The LVA series Aluminum Capacitators have improved the robustness and vibration capability of the standard LHS series to satisfy the automotive requirement and achieved almost the same performance※1 as the LHS series.

Nippon Chemi-Con has developed snap-in type capacitors KHU Series which guarantees 3,000 hours at 105℃, and LHU Series which guarantees 5,000 hours at 105℃. Nippon Chemi-Con Developed KHJ Series Snap-in Type Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor for Home Appliances and Industrial Inverters
The KHJ Series has achieved high reliability and a maximum 23.8% higher allowable ripple current. The Nippon Chemi-Con also extended the minimum value of the voltage range to 400V from the conventional 420V to enhance the Series lineup.

Nippon Chemi-Con Updates KHE Series Snap-in Type Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors with Approximately 20% Higher Capacitance
The rated voltage and sizes of the upgraded KHE Series are the same as the existing products, each having 400 to 450V and ⌀25.4×25L to ⌀35×60Lmm. The capacitance range is 210μF to 1,500μF, achieving a maximum of approximately 20% higher capacitance per volume compared to the existing KHE Series.
Nippon Chemi-Con Developed Snap-in Type Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors RLB Series with High Ripple and RLA Series with Longer Life
The existing RLA Series has upgraded from the conventional 2,000 hours to 3,000 hours. The RLB Series is available in a voltage range of 180 to 250V, sizes φ30x35 L to φ35x55 L mm, and a capacitance range of 600 to 2200µF as the standard.
