应用原理简介:

如图图1所示,产品提供了三个引脚,内部集成了一个保险丝,①脚是输入脚,②脚是输出脚,③脚是地信号,信号从①脚进入,当出现浪涌信号并达到压敏电阻动作电压后压敏电阻导通,浪涌电流从③脚返回,当电流达到保险丝阈值后保险断开,防止过多的能量进入后级电路,从而达到了防护的目的。


产品突出优势:

在用分立器件设计电路时,如果要设计这样一个电路,需要了解到压敏电阻的动作电压以及电路允许进入的能量大小,才能合理选择保险的通流量和熔断电流,常常因为设计时选型不合理造成不能达到端口防护的目的,增加设计和实验的工作量。贵弥功通过一个器件即可组成简单的防浪涌冲击的端口防护电路,这种设计减少了用户的设计工作和PCB空间,但是却可以做到元器件参数上的匹配,达到最好的防护效果。


产品子系列介绍:

贵弥功为用户提供了15GF和23GF两个系列的产品,其采用的保险丝通流量分别为1A和3A,两种子系列在能量耐量和产品封装上有所区别,23GF的能量耐量做到了190J,相比15GF更大,在产品封装尺寸上也更大。整个产品的压敏电阻电压在270V以上,适用于市电和工业用电的电源端口,满足安全性要求高的场合需求。GF系列产品对旧产品有替代功能,用户可在原有型号上进行替换,目前产品大量供货,欢迎用户联系世强选购。

Nippon Chemi-Con(黑金刚)陶瓷压敏电阻TNR™选型指南(中文)

描述- TNR是以氧化锌 (ZnO)为主要成分的非直线电阻元件,是作为这些浪涌电流和噪声等异常电压的吸收元件而开发的新型压敏电阻。和过去的压敏电阻不同,该元件浪涌电流耐量及非直线系数非常大,当在某个临界电压以下时,电阻非常高,几乎没有电流流过,如果超过该临界电压,电阻急剧降低,大电流流过。由于这种特性,作为电子,电气设备的保护元件,对异常电压的吸收,雷浪涌的吸收等发挥着很大的作用。
