【应用】16通道的高速单片式模拟多路复用器SGM6512满足无源波分器轨到轨操作等需求
在5G等业务带动下,城域通信需求也日益高涨。WDM技术使用多波在一根光纤中传输,可显著降低城域通信建设成本。在WDM通信技术中,会广泛应用到无源波分器。如下图,为控制高达48通道的光功率,需要一款1:16的模拟多路开关,要求轨到轨输入及输出、低内部阻抗、可单电源操作。
著名国产模拟器件方案提供商圣邦微,推出了一款16通道的高速单片式模拟多路复用器SGM6512,可通过4位二进制地址线(A0、A1、A2、A3)确定16路输出通道,且具有如下特性,非常适用于无源波分器。

SGM6512为模拟多路开关,支持双电源供电,电压范围为±3.3~±6.6V,特别地,它也支持单电源供电,单电源电压范围为3.3~13.2V,非常适合无源波分器单电源供电需求。SGM6512还支持轨到轨输入及输出,这对模拟信号的控制,将非常有用、可以确保信号不失真。
SGM6512多路复用器还具有出色的导通阻抗特性,其导通阻抗典型值为24Ω,导通阻抗的平坦度为12Ω,阻抗小,可降低模拟信号损耗。SGM6512还具有良好的高频特性,-3dB带宽高达80MHz,适合用于高频信号系统的产品设计。
SGM6512的工作温度范围-40~+85℃,适合多种温度环境中的应用,满足无源波分器工业工作环境温度的要求。另,SGM6512提供两种封装供用户选择,包括TQFN-5×5-32L和TSSOP-28,前者体积仅5*5mm,体积小,也满足无源波分器体积小的要求。
综上述,SGM6512具备通道多、信号失真小、工作温度范围宽、体积小等优点,恰好满足无源波分器的需求,因此,轨到轨操作、16通道模拟开关SGM6512是无源波分器应用的恰当之选。
