【应用】适用于高频率、大电流应用的薄膜电容系列TACD与HACD的应用推荐
Nippon Chemi-Con(日本贵弥功株式会社)是一家世界知名的电容生产厂家,该品牌电容一直以质量高、性能佳而闻名全球市场。本文将要重点介绍的电容产品,是贵弥功推荐的两款适用于高频率、大电流应用的薄膜电容系列,TACD与HACD。

先简单介绍一下这两系列薄膜电容,首先TACD与HACD系列是小型化的电容产品,可以看作是TACB与HACB系列的小型化版本,有利于节省布线空间。第二,HACD是相对更耐高压的系列,额定电压范围在630~4000VDC,而TACD是标准款,250~1000VDC。而由电容产品的基础原理可以推出,TACD的容值范围一定会更大,为0.033~22μF,HACD为0.0033~1.5μF。第三,这种薄膜电容可承受最大脉冲电流为100A,同时最大温升小于15K(开式度),因此贵弥功会推荐这两款产品应用于高频、大电流电路,极小的温升说明电容在使用时的纹波电流与功耗都是极低的,这对于薄膜电容的使用寿命非常关键。另外,这两款电容的最高适用温度在105℃,环境适应性很强,产品材料也符合RoHS环保标准,可以放心选用。

具体应用方面,贵弥功主要推荐了三种应用方向。如上图2中展示的就是一个典型的DC/AC逆变器简化电路图,其中圈示的电容就是TACD/HACD薄膜电容,主要提供的是AC滤波功能。类似的这种高频、大电流平滑电路应用,还有I/O电源电路、小型UPS、光伏逆变器电路、开关电源电路和音频电路等等,都可以选用TACD/HACD薄膜电容系列。

图3是一个高频共振应用的核心电路部分,低温升特性能够保证电容在使用中的长期稳定性和可靠性,同时功率损耗也不会太大,无论是串联还是并联共振电路都可以适用。可推荐的相关应用有,电磁感应加热器、X光机等。

TACD/HACD系列薄膜电容还可以如图4中所示,作为缓冲电容用在半导体开关电路中。这类应用中,主要考虑的是电容的耐电流冲击能力,显然最大100A是非常适合的属性。再有就是考虑高频充放电条件下的耐久性与功耗,这也与之前介绍的产品特点相吻合。贵弥功推荐的相关应用方向有,UPS、HEV、逆变器电路等。
