【经验】电流谐振控制LLC芯片MCZ5211ST电源供给Vin端子启动设计指导
MCZ5211ST是SHINDENGEN(新电元)的频率调制类型的电流谐振控制LLC芯片,通过搭载新电元高频控制技术,可实现高达500 kHz稳态运行,助力电源产品实现高效率和小型化。另外搭载了极低待机功耗功能,可以减少用于待机的外部辅助电源。同时内部配有600V HV Start Up(高压启动)端子及搭载LLC电流谐振所需的各种保护功能,让电源电路能够得到最优及最简化的设计。
MCZ5211ST搭载耐600V高圧的自启动端子,实现无损耗启动。本文将着重介绍自启动电路设计,MCZ5211ST配备无需外部启动电路的内置式启动回路,所需外部零件极少即可完成动作。

Vin端子是在用于为在电源启动时从高圧部连接到Vc2 端子的电容器C134 充电而配备的端子,由高耐压开关与定电流电路构成。电源启动后,辅助绕线Nc产生电压,由二极管向Vc1 端子施加电压。内部启动回路关闭。Vc1的电压由IC 内部再供给至Vc2,且Vc1 端子的耐圧为35V 。
【关于R120选择】
输入端与Vin 端子如图2 所示串联R120限流电阻。R120 的设计应确保在启动输入电压时漏极电流的充分供给,施加至Vin 端子的电压不低于建议动作条件Min 50V 。对于R120阻值,建议使用1k~2.2kΩ的电阻。
【关于R161选择】
为控制电源启动时的启动电流,在辅助绕线Nc 与Vc1 端子间插入控制电阻R161 。R161具体电阻应根据C161 的电容器容量选择,但在此建议在100u~220uF 的情况选用1.5Ω~47Ω的电阻。在启动电源时,充入C161的电流会在瞬间流入R161中,因此建议使用耐浪涌电阻·耐脉冲电阻。虽可直接通过R161 电阻值调大来控制电流,但在电源启动与突发模式下C161 电压上升较缓,请在确认启动时间与突发动作后调整R161的电阻值。
电源启动时的动作顺序如图3 所示。

从Vin 端子连接至Vc2 端子的电容器C134 的供给电流,伴随Vc2 端子电压产生变化。当Vc2=1V 时,dk(on)1=2.8mA,当Vc2=4V 时, Idk(on)2=33.0mA 。
【期间(A)】
在电源启动时,当Vc1 端子电压不足Vc1(dkoff) 12.6V ,Vc2 端子电压在达到12.8V前为充电状态。当Vc2 端子电压超过10V,Vsen 端子电压超过3.0V ,SST 端子开始充电,SST 端子电压达到Vss(st) 0.6V , 启动LLC 部门极输出电源动作。电源开始动作,辅助绕线Nc 产生电压,充电至电容器C161 的Vc1 端子电压开始升。Vc1 端子电压超过Vc1(dkoff) 12.6V 时,启动电路切断,只有来自辅助绕线电流供给。该情况下,Vc2 端子电压停留至Vc2(dkoff) 12.5V 。
【期间(B)】
Vc1 端子电压下降至低于Vc1(dkon) 8.0V 时,启动电路再次动作。Vc2 端子电压下降至Vc2(sp)7.5V时, MCZ5211ST 停止。请插入容量确保连接Vc1 端子与Vc2 端子的电容器C134、C161 在启动・切断等过度状态下能够稳定动作。虽然须依据预计输入输出条件,在此建议容量为220u~470uF 。C134 与C161电容器距离MCZ5211ST Vc1 端子与Vc2 端子较远时,Vc1 端子与Vc2 端子中噪音有可能传入发生误动作。该情况下,请在Vc1端子与Vc2端子附近插入用于防止发生误动作的0.1u~1.0uF 的MLCC。
