【应用】严格高温的电源逆变芯片单元,保证太阳能系统设备以最佳的效率运行
随着人们对可再生能源需求的日益增大,开发和利用可再生能源已经渐渐成为新能源战略的重要趋势,其中利用太阳能资源建设光伏发电系统,具有节能环保的优良特点,是一种先进性的电源建设方案。太阳能光伏发电系统包括:太阳能电池组件、蓄电池、控制器、逆变器等部件。其中功率变换是构成太阳能系统统一整体重要的一部分。
Central Semiconductor公司作为优秀的半导体制造商,已开发出适用于严格高温的电源逆变芯片单元,其产品具有超快恢复,高电流,高反向电压,耐高温等优良特性,可完美适用于太阳能产业系统中,保证了太阳能系统设备以最佳的效率运行。
该太阳能系统方案可选用(Central Semiconductor)公司生产的不同型号的芯片,来实现不同功率水平的太阳能系统,如1500W和3000W的芯片选择。
该应用方案的集成框图,如图1所示。
上述应用方案各个转换单元所涉及中央半导体芯片以及其工作电流电压特性如下所示:
太阳能旁路二极管部分:
值得说明的是串联起的太阳能电池的总电流会受到“最高电阻”条件的限制。当一个太阳能单元被遮蔽时,它对电流流动的阻力会增加,因此会增加太阳能电池板提供给蓄电池组的总电流。而通过添加一个旁路二极管可以避免这种潜在的低效率现象。
在正常工作条件下,旁路二极管是反向的,对整个系统是“不可见的”。为了最大限度地提高系统效率,旁路二极管应该有尽可能低的正向电压(VF)。肖特基技术为这种应用提供了最有效的二极管,这种二极管往往需要6到16安培的额定电流,中央半导体(Central Semiconductor)公司所生产的芯片产品可以很好地满足这种旁路二极管方案,其具有良好的高温特性,且其工作电流和电压能很好满足需求。
该旁路二极管电路所涉及中央半导体芯片(即肖基特整流器,Schottky Rectifier),推荐如下所示:
