LITTELFUSE的浪涌电流限制器(功率型热敏电阻)ST系列是经过特别设计和加工的NTC热敏电阻,适用于在开关电源和需要避免较高的初始起动电流的其他应用中抑制较高的浪涌电流。 独特的设计使其能够处理极高的电流和电压水平。 在典型电源应用中,限制浪涌电流的功率型热敏电阻产品用于和滤波电容器串联。 施加初始电压后,此设备由于电阻相对较高,能够将电流限制在可接受的水平,直至电容器被充电。 之后,设备电阻显著下降,通过的压降可忽略不计。

浪涌电流抑制器ST系列最大稳态突入电流(Imax)
对于浪涌电流限制器,最大连续稳态电流(DC或RMS AC)是设备能够通过的最大电流。 Littelfuse浪涌电流限制器的最大稳态电流根据假设最大工作环境温度为65°C进行确定。如果特定的应用要求工作环境温度超过65°C,则可提供定制设备。
