Central Semiconductor公司推出了CMPF5484系列是表面安装N沟道JFET,型号包括CMPF5484、CMPF5485CMPF5486。其漏源电压为25V,额定漏极电流为30mA,门级电流为10mA,额定功率损耗为350mW,低的功耗可减少发热量,降低热故障率。CMPF5484系列是表面安装N沟道JFET在VHF/UHF频率范围内工作良好,可用于射频放大器和混频器等场合。

CMPF5484系列是表面安装N沟道JFET是N沟道增强型JFET,由N沟道DMOS工艺制造。其采用标准贴片封装SOT-23形式,存储和工作温度范围为:-65~150℃,结温最高为357℃,可见其工作温度范围很广,能够满足恶劣环境工作要求,降低热故障。

【应用】使用表面贴装N通道JFET CMPF5484驱动压电陶瓷片检测人体心音及吸呼信号

本方案目的实现检测睡眠状态下人体的心音信号及呼吸信号,并进行图形化展示。本着高可靠、低成本、易于制造的设计理念,本次设计将采用压电陶瓷片作为前端采集传感器。前端压电陶瓷片采集到的人体体动信号(包含心音、呼吸信号)经过中央半导体公司生产的表面贴装N通道JFET——CMPF5484反相并放大后送入单片机数据平滑处理后送到PC进行图形显示。
