【选型】可pin-pin替代TI的INA199的电流检测放大器SGM8199,具有更高的精度
100G光模块产品中,需要使用APD作为光信号接受元件实现光电转换。APD,即雪崩光电二极管,其灵敏度高于其它半导体光电二极管,APD检测器具有超低噪声、高速、高互阻抗增益,灵敏度高等特点。在以硅或锗为材料制成的光电二极管的P-N结上加上反向偏压后,射入的光被P-N结吸收后会形成光电流。通过检测APD产生的光电流,可以体现出该二极管是否收到相应的光信号。为了确保APD在正常的功率范围内工作,此时就需要一颗高反应速率,高精度的放大器将采样电阻上的电压信号进行放大并完成相应的信号调理工作,再传给MCU,从而实现电流保护。TI的双向电流检测器INA199在此类应用上有着较为出色的表现。国产厂牌圣邦微电子也推出了相应的电流检测放大器产品SGM8199,可在-0.1V至26V的共模电压下检测分流器的压降,具有三个固定增益:20V/V、50V/V、100V/V,可以替代INA199。
如下图1和图2所示,SGM8199和INA199的典型电路图及封装图,如下图1和图2所示,SGM8199可以与SC70封装的INA199 的封装和PIN脚定义完全相同,因此可以pin-pin替代。

由图3的关键参数对比表可以看出,两款产品的参数较为接近,但有以下几点需要注意:
1、增益偏差和输入失调电压,两款产品产品各有优势,这两个参数折算到输出电压偏差方式基本和这两个参数的乘积正相关,所以SGM8199具有更高的精度。
2、带宽方面,SGM8199在增压100的情况下带宽80KHz,对高频信号更加敏感,跟随能力也会更强。
3、SGM81999为国产IC,晶圆和封测都在国内完成,在价格和供货方面更有保障。
综上,SGM8199L在光模块产品上匹配度较高,是INA199的合适替代品。
