【产品】思瑞浦的高速比较器TP1981,可响应250MHz的信号频率
演示板设计是用来展示TP1981高速比较器。电路板有两个输入连接器的正负输入。一个作为没有衰减的信号输入。另一个作为监视器输出,这个监视器输出相对于信号具有6分贝的衰减。为了保证输入信号幅度正常,监视器输出需要连接50Ω负载。输出是一个SMA连接器连接到一个标准的50Ω同轴电缆。

产品详情
TP1981是3PEAK的一款快速的比较器芯片,并且易于使用。输入共模电压范围从0.2V到Vcc-1.5V,低噪声,TTL/CMOS兼容输出驱动器,和关机功能。该芯片在100mV信号过驱时提供3.5ns传播延迟,并且只需要4mA的静态电流。芯片最大可以响应的信号频率超过250MHz。
基本操作
--连接信号到正负输入端
--检查对输出信号的影响
正负输入电路都有连个SMA连接器。一个连接器作为信号输入,直接连接到TP1981输入引脚。另一个连接器作为输入信号的测量或者监视,串联37.5Ω电阻到TP1981输入引脚。必须信号源阻抗和负载阻抗都为50Ω的情况下监视端子输出衰减6dB。
PCB布局的考量
电路板的配置很简单,由双面电路板和底部的接地平面和顶部的元件和传输线组成。传输线输入连接是50Ω和尽可能短。输出通过一个50Ω耦合线匹配同轴电缆。同时,去耦电容器位于尽量靠近电源引脚。

竞争对手芯片:A公司高速比较器。具有丰富多样的功能特性,并且易于使用,具体包括:输入范围从VEE-0.5V至VCC+0.2V,低噪声TTL-/CMOS-兼容输出驱动器,以及带可调迟滞功能的锁存输入和/或关断输入。在电源电流典型值为3mA时,这些器件可提供5ns传播延迟、10mV过驱性能。
