Nippon CHemi-Con推出的GF、H高能量耐量陶瓷压敏电阻,能量耐量范围分别为50~190J、5~40J(20ms),均符合RoHS2标准,是环境友好型器件。GF外包装采用UL94V-0的难燃性环氧树脂,具有阻燃性。主要应用于汽车蓄电池断开充电时浪涌的吸收、点火器关闭浪涌的吸收、喇叭/继电器/电动机等的开关浪涌的吸收、汽车用电子零部件、半导体的保护。

GF系列是将压敏电阻和温度保险丝组合在一起的复合零部件,具有即使压敏电阻因某些原因(例如加载了大幅超过最大允许电路电压的电压时,加载了过大浪涌时等)破损时,也可立即切断电源回路的功能,是一种具有卓越安全性的产品。H系列便是用于吸收各类浪涌,为汽车特别开发的高能量耐量低电压压敏电阻。

 

GF、H使用温度范围分别为-40~85℃、-40℃~125℃,保存温度范围分别为-50~125℃、-50~150℃;H系列的耐热冲击性强(在-40℃~+150℃范围内50个循环),符合工业级温度要求,为恶劣环境下工作提供了可靠保障。
