某客户在设计研发一款智能插线板的时候,需要用到电流检测运算放大器检测母线上流过的电流,实现过载保护的功能。客户一开始选择了TI的INA199,各样功能都已完成。不过受国际疫情和晶圆短缺的影响,存在价格与交期等问题,所以急需一款可以实现PIN TO PIN的电流检测运算放大器来替代它。本文将推荐国产思瑞浦半导体的TP181来完全取代INA199。相关的技术参数对比如下图所示:

通过分析图表我们可以得出以下几点:
1、从增益选择、偏移漂移、增益漂移、工作温度等几个参数来看,两者的参数都是一样的,是可以实现完全的取代的。
2、TP181的共模输入动态范围要比INA199的要宽,所以TP181的电流放大的能力要比INA199强。
3、TP181的偏移电压只有±100μV,远比INA199的±150μV要小,这就说明相同的电阻条件下,TP181的电流放大的精度要比INA199高。

从图2和图3可以看出,TP181和INA199的封装和管脚定义完全一致,使得在进行物料替换的时候,不需要重新设计PCB,缩短了验证与测试所用的周期,避免了因为TI交期过长而带来的问题。
同时,两个芯片的增益放大倍数完全一致,就不需要修改外部的取样电阻,使得在外围器件使用上也可以达成高度的一致。图4为客户实际设计的电路图。

【选型】运放LMV358-SR可Pin-to-Pin替换LMV358BP用于烟雾探测器,具有2.1V更低输入电压
在烟雾探测器光电流检测放大电路中,需要用到双运放将电流信号转换为电压信号并放大。某客户设计了一款烟雾探测器,采用两节1.5V干电池串联供电,选用了思瑞浦的运放LMV358BP,其最低输入电压为2.5V,不能充分利用干电池能量,本文介绍聚洵1MHZ高压双极运算放大器LMV358-SR,其最低输入电压到2.1V,可Pin-to-Pin替代LMV358BP。
