【产品】0.20uH~4.7uH的模压电感器MGA0503,可在高达125℃的高温下工作
LAIRD(莱尔德科技)是全球TOP3的导热材料、电磁屏蔽材料供应商,MGA0503是其推出的模压电感器系列。模压电感器,又叫作一体成型电感器,具有整体结构,体积小,功率高,成本低的特点,相较于传统电感有更高的电感和更小的漏电感,更加适用于集成安装。其全屏蔽结构,也具有更好的磁屏蔽效果。另外,一体成型的压铸工艺能使磁芯与线圈接触紧密,避免线圈因磁场作用下移动而产生噪音,可在高达125℃的高温下工作。广泛应用于高电流应用,如个人电脑和移动设备。

MGA0503系列共9个部件号,如图2。MGA0503R47M-10有两种封装尺寸,是两个不同的部件号。MGA0503系列的封装尺寸极小。

电气特性方面,MGA0503系列电感的范围为0.20uH~4.7uH,允许偏差均为20%,DCR(最大值)范围为3.9mΩ~60mΩ,饱和电流Isat典型值范围为6.0A~14.5A,Irms电流范围为4.0A~17.0A,具体的电气参数如图5。
