MKP-X2在封装和工艺上,采用聚丙烯作为绝缘介质,真空沉积的方式生成电容两极,最外层的塑料壳耐溶剂、耐火焰,并且用环氧树脂进行密封,终端是镀锡的铜线,这种结构和封装大大提高了电容的可靠性和安全性。同时该电容还符合RoHS 2011/65 / EU标准。

安规电容是指电容器失效后,不会导致电击、不危及人身安全的EMI电容。它包括X电容和Y电容两种类型,X电容是跨接在电力线两线(L-N)之间的电容,根据应用中允许的峰值脉冲电压的不同,分为X1电容(2.5kV~4kV)和X2电容(小于2.5kV);Y电容是分别跨接在电力线两线和地之间(L-E,N-E)的电容,一般是成对出现。基于漏电流的限制,Y电容值不能太大,一般X电容是uF级,Y电容是nF级。X电容抑制差模干扰,Y电容抑制共模干扰。
