【经验】不同环境温度下,黑金刚铝电解电容使用寿命估算方法

对于出厂检验合格的电解电容,产品合规使用过程中的故障率是很低的,这一安全使用过程也可称为电解电容的寿命。影响电解电容使用寿命的主要因素是环境温度,工作电压和纹波电流,过高的环境温度会引起自身发热,电解液蒸发,氧化膜损坏等,使容量减少、漏电流増大,使电容达不到额定规格。高的工作电压和纹波电流同样会使电容发热,产生同样的后果,使电容寿命下降。本问介绍不同环境温度下黑金刚铝电解电容的寿命估算方法。
