LINK-PP推出的SFP-GEx-RJ45 铜制SFP收发器是符合IEEE 802.3-2002和IEEE 802.3 ab中规定的千兆以太网和1000-BASE-T标准的高性能、高性价比的模块，支持以1000Mbps的数据速率通过非屏蔽双绞线5类电缆传输高达100米的距离。该模块支持5电平脉冲幅度调制（PAM）信号的1000Mbps全双工数据链路。电缆中的所有四对均以每对250Mbps的符号速率使用。该模块提供了符合SFP MSA的标准串行ID信息，可通过2线串行CMOS EEPROM协议以地址A0h访问该信息。物理IC也可以通过2线串行总线在地址A0h访问。

4.1000 BASE-T操作要求主机系统具有无时钟的SGMII接口，并且模块PHY按照AN-2036应用说明配置。对于不支持SGMII的SERDES，该模块只能在1000BASE - T下运行。
