新电元电流谐振控制LLC芯片MCZ5211ST的应用例图如下:
开关电源PCB layout会给电源特性造成一定影响。MCZ5211ST通过开关控制高压高电流,特别需要注意PCB布局。
为将因寄生电感成分造成的噪音最小化,须将主电路走线设计增粗变短。并在配线时避免控制模式受到电磁场的影响。
需要注意以下几点:
(1)主电流路径走线
请将独立于返回输入电容器主电流线路的功率GND 连接至来自低边MOSFET 源极IC的GND。信号GND
与功率GND 属于不同线路,请将信号GND 与功率GND 连接至IC GND 端子附近。
(2)信号线路走线设计
为防止信号线路(FB 端子与CS 端子,Vc1/2 端子等)的电容器・电阻等元件误动作,请尽量将其连接至
IC 附近。
FB 端子光耦合器间及光耦合器返回模式接近高圧开关线路(例如、共振电容器等)模式的话,可能会导
致FB 端子电压检测不准,对高边・低边门极输出造成影响。在layout时请尽量将高压线路、共振电容器与
变压器远离。
CS 端子是过电流检测端子,从检测电阻到CS 端子间的模式与上述高压开关线路模式较近时,可能出现
CS与FB 端子相同,layout时请尽量将高压线路、共振电容器与变压器远离。
(3)门极输出线路布线
将驱动环路与信号GND 分离。
(4) 高压线路布线
自举电路平滑电容器尽量靠近IC ,连接至高边MOSFET 源极的VS线路远离主开关电流线路,请将其直接
连接至MOSFET 源极。
