Shindengen Adds JH Series and MG038 Series Large Capacity Three Phase Bridge Diodes
The shift towards higher power and higher density continues to advance in the industrial equipment and air conditioner markets and has also resulted in greater demand for smaller bridge diodes. In response, SHINDENGEN has produced a series of compact bridge diodes with 100 to 200A class-rated current (IF(AV)). These large-capacity three-phase bridge diodes continue to maintain insulation distances compliant with various safety standards.

Board-mountable thin DIP packages
AC isolation type which makes for easier pattern layouts
High current capacity: Rated current (IF(AV)) = 100A
High heat dissipation structure: Thermal resistance 0.2℃/W
UL1557 certified
5.6 mm interval distance maintained between fins and leads
MG038 Series
Same package height (17mm) as standard IGBT modules
AC isolation type which takes into account connection to bus bars, etc.
High current capacity: Rated current (IF(AV)) = 150, 200A
High heat dissipation design: Thermal resistance 0.05℃/W
UL1557 certified
5.6mm interval distance maintained between fins and leads
