GX36220、GX32222是IDT公司(已被RENESAS收购)推出的两款分别用于400G/600G、100G/200G集成相干接收机(ICRs)的双通道64Gbps(GX36220)、32Gb/s(GX32222)线性跨阻放大器(TIA)。其集成了两条用于I和Q通道的TIA信号路径,且采用的高性能、低功率和紧凑设计使得其能用于如CFP2和CFP4等小型集成光学模块。

文章暂时还没写,关于DFB和VCSEL的激光管,两者都是DML调制(直调)方式,在光模块上的应用如SR(100m)都是选用VCSEL激光器(850nm波长),如LR(2km)一般都是选用DFB激光器。瑞萨现在没有VCSEL的激光器,只有VCSEL的驱动芯片和TIA(HXT/R 6104和HXT/R 6112),而关于DFB的激光器有RV2X6375(25Gbps CWDM)、RV2X6376(25Gbps CWDM)、NX6360(10Gbps)、NX6370(25Gbps LAN-WDM)。
