在图1所示的正负电源中,正电源和负电源启动速度不同是很常见的现象。在这种情况下,如果在正负之间有类似RL3的负载,或由多个电路形成的意外电流路径,则先启动的电源将通过RL3从另一个电源的输出汲取电流(虚线路径),正电压稳压器的输出被施加反向电压,从而会发生与“恒流负载导致的启动故障”类似的启动故障。

当发生因此类原因导致的启动问题时,可以尝试以下对策:
•切断RL3的路线。
•在输出和地之间连接VF值低的肖特基势垒二极管(图2中的D1、D2),以降低反向电压值并防止输出电压不上升。 ※在这个对策中,需要选择启动时从IC供给的电流值大于反向电流值的产品,但由于产品波动,无法100%保证正常启动。
•过电流保护电路中使用具有下垂特性的线性稳压器IC。
※在这种情况下,如果电流流过在IC的输出引脚和接地之间的ESD保护二极管或寄生二极管,可能会造成IC劣化甚至损坏,为了防止这种问题发生,需要在IC的输出引脚和接地之间连接肖特基势垒二极管。(图2中的D1、D2)。
