容量1500000uF/10V、寿命≥200000H的小尺寸超大容量电容
K01016155是低压环境大电容,在业界被称为法拉电容,也可被称为超级电容,最重要的特点是大电容,低阻抗,高防浪涌电流,寿命长,工业级。
K01016155的电容容量为1500000uF/10V,尺寸90X220mm,采用绝缘套管铝罐的防浪涌电容器,100Hz/85℃环境下浪涌电流可达48.7A。K01016155是带重型螺旋端子的电极, 因此适合用螺柱安装。100Hz/20℃环境下的其ESR仅3mΩ。100Hz/20℃环境下的Tan δ最大为3。在40℃环境下使用寿命大于200000H。同时,该型号电容可在-40°C~+85°C环境下工作(该环境下使用寿命为15000H),符合工业级要求,产品尺寸小,具有极佳的电气性能和高可靠性。
鉴于以上特性,K01016155用在风力发电储能和太阳能储能非常合适。风力是非常不稳的,对储能电池的防浪涌要求很高,可以用它并联到电池,起到储能和稳压,稳流的作用。大电容本身也可以作为电池应用,在一些逆变器,UPS等对电源电流冲击比较大的场合,同样可以起到普通电池难以做到的作用。
Kendeil电容的高品质源于工艺的严格要求
高性能高标准来源于严格的产品生产质量控制流程,Kendeil电容的工艺整个流程包括蚀刻,卷绕,浸透,密封,老化,生产检验等主要过程。特别是最后两个工序,在封套和包装之前,电容器将进行老化测试,这是生产链的最终过程。在非常高的温度下,施加大于额定电压值的电压,其目的在于变更或修复可切割、卷绕和装配过程中可能已经被破坏的任何氧化膜,从而将泄漏电流减少到可接受的较低水平。老化后,电容器将100%接受测试。Kendeil所有电气要求的检查必须使用最先进的高度自动化测试设备,而且任何不合格产品都将被清除。此外,Kendeil电容器也应进行目视检查,并且只有通过两项测试的电容器才可进行包装。
最后要说的是,除了1500000Uf/10V的K01016155型号电容外,世强还可以提供Kendeil的耐压高的较大电容,以满足各种需要。

钽电容的漏电流是不是相比电解电容小很多?一般是多大的?电解电容的漏电流呢?
恰恰相反,一般情况钽电解电容比电解电容漏电流大些,一般的漏电流为0.04 Cr Vr μA,其中漏电流IL= K* Cr Vr,单位是μA,K是常数,不同厂家K值的标定也不一样,世强代理的Kendeil 铝电解电容漏电流ILmax= 0.003 Cr Vr μA,K值为0.003,同类产品已经是非常小的了。
