【应用】 指夹式血氧仪方案采用SOC CMS8H5120,脉率测量范围为40~200bpm(±1bpm)
针对市场需求,中微半导体推出内置4个运算放大器和2个DAC,系统时钟最高可达48MHz的SOC CMS8H5120。血氧仪方案采用DAC经由一路运放组成恒流源,对三极管组成的H桥进行精准的电流控制。采用一路运放对接收的光电信号进行放大处理,再采用带驱动能力的DAC构成可调节的反向放大器,对交流信号再次放大,动态调节适应不同人群,此方案以极低成本快速实现血氧脉搏精准监测。
CMS8H5120指夹式血氧仪方案性能特点:
>内置四路运算放大器,有效简化外围电路
>内置两路6bit DAC,精确控制发光管工作电流和信号的再次放大
>内置32K Flash、4K XRAM和1K DataFlash
>高速SPI以适应驱动OLED、TFT、LED等不同显示方式
>血氧测量范围:60%~100%(±1%)、40%~60%(>3%)
>脉率测量范围:40~200bpm(±1bpm)
>使用FLUKE模拟仪校准,当透光强度默认为1100时,弱灌注(PI)能达到0.1%
