Central Semiconductor推出最新的1200V碳化硅肖特基整流器组合:CPC13-SIC50-1200、CPC12-SIC02-1200、CPC05-SIC05-1200、CPC06-SIC10-1200、CPC14-SIC10-1200,产品针对高温应用优化,提供2A、5A、10A、50A选项。从参数上讲,由于总传导损耗低,开关特性随温度变化最小,这些器件是节能的。工作结温和储存温度为-55℃~+175℃,符合工业温度条件。产品规格方面,反向重复峰值电压、反向峰值浪涌电压、直流阻断电压都为1200V(TA=25℃),型号间差异主要体现在下表。
测试条件:TA=25℃,TJ=25℃,连续正向电流、正向峰值浪涌电流(tp=10ms),反向电流典型值(VR=1200V),正向压降典型值(不同物料的测试条件不同),总电容电荷典型值(VR=800V)
