Central Semi推出超快恢复硅整流器CUDD16-02C,CUDD16-04C,CUDD16-08C,采用D2PAK封装方式封装,从而拥有较大的反向峰值电压及浪涌电流,专为需要低正向压降的表面贴装超快速开关应用而设计。CUDD16-02C,CUDD16-04C,CUDD16-08C峰值重复反向电压为200/400/800V,RMS反向电压VR(RMS)为140/280/560V,峰值正向浪涌电流IFSM(tp=8.3ms)为125A,有着极强的抗浪涌能力,拥有很高的稳定性。平均正向电流(TC=100°C)IO为16A,可使其较为灵活的配置电流。操作和存储结温TJ,Tstg为-65至+150°C,能够适应较为恶劣的工业环境,满足大部分环境上的需求,保证器件稳定性。典型热阻ΘJC为3.0°C/W,能量消耗较低。


CUDD16-02C,CUDD16-04C,CUDD16-08C的漏电流在VR=VRRM时,最大值分别为5.0/10/10μA,能够较好的保护敏感设备。反向电压在反向电流IF=8.0A时最大值为0.975/1.3/1.5V,结电容分别为80/80/50pF。具有超快的反向恢复时间,trr最短仅为25ns。
