变压器磁性元件需求激增,厂商普奥授权世强硬创代理赋能应用市场
据中国电子元件协会数据,预计2024年全球变压器市场规模将增长至761.5亿元,期间CAGR达12.85%。
2023年6月20日,南通普奥电子科技有限公司(下称“普奥”,英文名:PUAOON ELECTRONIC)与世强先进(深圳)科技股份有限公司(下称“世强先进”)签订代理分销协议。
根据协议内容,高频变压器、低频变压器、工字电感、共模电感、棒形电感、差模电感、工频变压器、音频变压器、逆变变压器、平板变压器、贴片变压器、线圈、电感等全线产品上线全球领先的To B创新研发和供应平台世强硬创。
资料显示,普奥(PUAOON ELECTRONIC)是一家专业设计生产各类高频变压器、工频变压器、音频变压器、逆变变压器、平板变压器、贴片变压器、电感、线圈等电子产品的企业。
据悉,该公司总部位于江苏省南通市海门经济技术开发区,现有在职员工500余人,拥有先进的生产线、电脑数控绕线设备及各种精密检测仪器,变压器与电感产品年总生产能力达100KK PCS!
通用型高低频变压器作为普奥的拳头产品之一,其功率范围在5W~3000W,HI-POT达10K AC,产品尺寸是8mm MIN~100mm MAX,其电性能可调,1~3天出样,也可配合设计研发新结构,采用绝缘工艺常规浸漆,可涂胶、灌胶封装、低压注塑封装。
光伏变压器电感产品可以满足Class F绝缘系统,磁材高效率、低损耗、且产品高耐温满足Class F至Class H,适应多种工作环境要求。
普奥通用型高频电感分别有工字电感、棒形电感、共模电感、差模电感、滤波器等产品,线材种类多样,圆线、扁线、LITZ线等都能正常量产,配套变压器使用,满足客户整套电源磁性绕线类产品的需求。
