康达新材推出的单组份结构胶KD2326主要用途是将铁氧体粘接到要求快速固定的电动机的电镀金属件,扬声器零件和珠宝上。该产品密度为1.1g/cm3,粘度高;固化后热膨胀系数为80×10-6K-1,导热系数0.1W/(mK),断裂伸长率135%,拉伸模量300N/mm2

固化性能 

一般情况下,材料表面的湿气会引发本产品的固化反应。尽管本产品在相当短的时间内 就可完全达到应用强度,但是至少要固化24 小时才能具有完全的耐化学/溶剂性能。


●不同基材的固化速度

固化速度取决于所用的基材。下图显示在喷砂钢搭剪试样和其他材料上,在不同固化时间下,所得到的剪切强度。(在其中一个被粘材料表面上涂促进剂KDP7649)

使用指南: 

装配

1为了获得最佳效果,使用清洗剂彻底清洗材料内外表面,待表面干燥后再进行下一步操作。 

2. 为了确保快速可靠的固化,将促进剂KDP7387涂在其中一个表面,而在另一个表面上涂上胶粘剂,部件应当立即装配(15分钟内)。

 3. 建议胶层间隙为0.1mm。在胶层间隙过大(最大可为0.5mm),或者要求较快的固化速度,则应当在两个表面上均使用促进剂KDP7649,部件必须快速装配(1分钟内)。 

4. 过量的粘胶剂可以用有机溶剂除去。 

5. 粘接部件应当固定直到胶粘剂初固。

6. 粘接件达到完全强度后,方可承受载荷(由于胶层间隙和被粘材料的不同,因此该胶粘剂典型的完全固化时间处于24-72小时之间)。 


储存 

未开封产品存放在干燥环境下,储存条件见产品包装。最佳储存条件:8-21℃。低于8℃或高于21℃会影响产品性能。
