随着无线通讯产品、终端消费品向着尺寸轻薄化,功能多元化,信号不失真的方向发展。为了不断追求终端消费品的轻薄,电子元件小型化、扁平化要求越来越高。同时为了保持终端消费品的功能特性、用户体验等,电子元件也必须满足高的可靠性和好的电性能。
智能手机为将所有射频器件的信号损失降到最低,对电子元件的提出了新的要求:体积更小、Q更高,保证信号在传输过程中损失最小。叠层电感很容易实现尺寸的小型化, Q值也更难做到与绕线电感相当的水平。
目前市面上用于智能手机的绕线电感主流尺寸为1005。如果能开发出与1005性能相当的0603绕线电感,将进一步满足中高端智能手机轻薄化的需求。因此顺络开发出性能满足上述需求的高Q值、低DCR的公制0603等系列的陶瓷绕线电感和铁氧体绕线电感。
