TS3002是SILICON LABS公司推出的工业界首款单电源CMOS低功耗振荡器/定时器,完全可在1V电压下工作,同时在25kHz输出频率下消耗1μA电源电流。TS3002紧凑小巧,易于使用,并且具有通用性。经过针对超长寿命和电池供电应用的优化,TS3002成为了“NanoWatt Analog™”高性能模拟集成电路CMOS定时器系列的第一款产品。TS3002可以在电源电压为0.9V到1.8V的范围内工作。
TS3002单电源CMOS低功耗振荡器十分易于使用,设置输出频率时只需要一个电阻和一个电容器。同时TS3002紧凑小巧,还具有很低的功耗,相比于其他基于CMOS的集成电路振荡器,TS3002的pcb面积减少了66%,功耗降低了10倍。而相比于其他基于业界标准555定时器的产品,TS3002的pcb面积减少达93%,功耗则降低四个数量级。
TS3002单电源CMOS低功耗振荡器的可编程频率范围为5.2kHz~90kHz(BOOST = GND)或者5.2kHz~290kHz(BOOST = VDD);其工作温度范围为-40℃~+85℃,存储温度范围为-65℃~+150℃。引脚焊接温度为300℃,TS3002单电源CMOS低功耗振荡器提供8引脚2X2mmTDFN封装,带有裸露的背面焊盘。主要应用于便携式和电池供电设备、低部件数纳米功率振荡器、替代陶瓷振荡器、脉宽调制控制等领域。
