【产品】0.22μH~33.00μH薄型大电流功率电感器MGV1205系列
LAIRD(莱尔德科技)是全球TOP3的导热材料、电磁屏蔽材料供应商,MGV1205系列是Laird推出的薄型大电流功率电感器系列。与一般电子线路中的电感相比,功率电感的主要特点是用粗导线绕制,可承受更高的电流。MGV1205系列功率电感器由镍锌铁氧体,锰,铁粉和金属合金的超薄混合物构成,具有整体结构,体积小,重量轻,成本低的特点,符合AEC-Q200和RoHS标准,其突出优势表现为:(1)小尺寸 (2)大电流。

(1)小尺寸
MGV1205系列的尺寸如图2,高度(尺寸参数C)仅5mm,超薄型的设计减少了占用的电路空间,提高了电路设计的灵活性。

(2)大电流
MGV1205系列有19个部件号,其主要区别是电感不同,电气参数不同,具体如图3。MGV1205系列的工作温度为-55℃~125℃,存储温度为-10℃~40℃,符合工业级温度要求,湿度要求为60% RH。
