【产品】低压差输出正电压的稳压调节器芯片LM1085
上海国芯LM1085是一款低压差输出正电压的稳压调节器芯片,在负载电流3A的情况下最大压降为1.5V。它与LM317具有相同的引脚输出。LM1085有一种通过外部电阻的设置改变输出电压的可调节版本,即LM1085-ADJ,也有固定输出电压的版本:3.3V,5V。LM1085电路包括一个调整带隙基准的齐纳二极管,限流控制和热关断。封装可采用TO-220、TO-263以及TO-252。
