【应用】大容量高耐压长寿命!高性能电解电容助力智能电网SVG
【摘要】为了提高电网稳定性、增加输电能力、消除无功冲击、滤除谐波以及平衡三相电网,最理想的方案是使用静态无功补偿设备(SVG)。K04系列电解电容具有大容量、高耐压、长寿命等特性,非常适合用于智能电网无功补偿设备中。
随着现代电力电子设备中非线性负载大量接入电网,电网供电质量(稳定性、对称性及正弦性等指标)受到严重影响。其中,各种开关器件的大量应用和负载的频繁波动是主要的干扰源,影响了电网的正常运转。
鉴于此,国家电网公司在“2009特高压输电技术国际会议”上提出了名为“坚强智能电网”的发展规划,电力行业掀起一场产业智能化的革新,对于柔性输电和电能质量改善设备的需求在不断增加。为了提高电网稳定性、增加输电能力、消除无功冲击、滤除谐波以及平衡三相电网,最理想的方案是使用静态无功补偿设备(SVG),其拓扑结构如图1所示:

SVG是目前技术领先的无功补偿设备,它的基本原理是基于大功率电力电子器件(IGBT)组成自换相桥式电路,直流母线使用大容量、高耐压的电解电容作为支撑,交流侧经过电抗器连接到电网上,控制其交流侧电流,可以使其无功电流快速地跟随负载无功电流的变化而变化,自动补偿系统所需的无功功率,实现无功补偿的目的。
在SVG中,直流母线电容作为内部滤波和直流支撑的关键元件,在平滑脉动电流和降低纹波电压中起到了至关重要的作用。在实际应用中,SVG的工作环境比较复杂,要保证SVG长期稳定工作,需要其内部电容具有长期的高稳定性以及能适应各种户外的恶劣环境。

钽电容的漏电流是不是相比电解电容小很多?一般是多大的?电解电容的漏电流呢?

安规电容是指电容器失效后,不会导致电击、不危及人身安全的EMI电容。它包括X电容和Y电容两种类型,X电容是跨接在电力线两线(L-N)之间的电容,根据应用中允许的峰值脉冲电压的不同,分为X1电容(2.5kV~4kV)和X2电容(小于2.5kV);Y电容是分别跨接在电力线两线和地之间(L-E,N-E)的电容,一般是成对出现。基于漏电流的限制,Y电容值不能太大,一般X电容是uF级,Y电容是nF级。X电容抑制差模干扰,Y电容抑制共模干扰。
