【应用】采用先进TOLL封装的MOSFET NCE40H32LL有助于节省大功率化成电源占位面积,漏源电流高达320A
近年来,随着大功率电源的发展,低压大电流的MOS管也层出不穷。在客户的大功率化成电源中,客户采用了类似于双向全桥的DC-DC拓扑,拓扑结构如图2所示,在低压侧全桥,客户设定的额定输出为5V/240A,由于输出电流很大,所以需要多个低压、大电流的MOS进行整流。

根据客户的需求,推荐了无锡新洁能(NCE)的MOSFET NCE40H32LL,客户采用该MOS,搭建了一个小功率的测试电路进行测试,左上角是NCE40H32LL,测试的反馈情况良好。

NCE40H32LL采用专为大电流功率应用而设计的TOLL封装,该封装主要有以下几大优势:
①极低导通电阻,有效提高系统能效;
②更低的寄生电感,降低系统EMI噪声;
③无需额外散热器,改善热耗散特性及减小系统体积。
该颗物料使用的新型的TOLL封装与常见的D2PAK封装相比,新型的TOLL封装占位面积减少了30%,厚度降低了50%,在需要紧凑结构设计的应用中优势显著。NCE40H32LL的封装和脚位图如下:

①高达320A的漏源电流,适合大电流应用;
②1.3mR的导通电阻,导通损耗低;
③采用先进TOLL封装,体积更小,散热性能更好。
