车载手机无线充电器充电时通过无线充电线圈做电能-磁能-电能二次能量转换,基本电路框图如下所示:

现在市场上的无线充电设备,主流的是两大技术,磁感应技术和磁共振技术。车载电源通过无线充电器的电源管理单元,调制成合适的直流输出给功率转换单元和控制单元供电,然后转变为交流电,在无线充电线圈处,与手机上的无线充电线圈实现电能-磁能-电能的转换。
在车载无线充电器上,常常会加上PTC(自恢复保险丝),为其提供过流保护。PTC的选择主要需要看电路最大工作电流以及最大工作环境温度。本方案中,额定电压为12V,额定电流0.8A,最大工作温度为50℃。由于UL认证保险丝75%的折减率,通过计算可得在50℃时PTC的保持电流应大于1.07A,通过对比数据手册数据,本文推荐LITTELFUSE的1812L150/24,其在50℃时保持电流为1.08A,耐压值为24V,满足需求。它的基本电气特性如下:

【应用】 小型自恢复保险丝用于三维MEMS激光雷达摄像机电源,常温下典型功耗仅0.5W
为避免三维MEMS激光雷达电输入因负载短路异常造成燃烧风险,一般需要在电源输入端加上一颗自恢复保险丝做过流保护设计,市面上一般选择24Vdc/0.1A自恢复保险丝,推荐选择Littelfuse(力特)自恢复保险丝0805L010/24YR。
