The CHA3024-QGG is a broadband 2-22GHz low noise amplifier with adjustable gain control (AGC).

This QFN packaged product exhibits an unrivaled gain and noise flatness with excellent input (17dB) and output return losses (16dB). It also offers high gain control and excellent OIP3 at 28dBm.

This circuit is designed for a wide range of applications, for example, electronic warfare, X and Ku Point to Point radio, and test instrumentation.

This product is manufactured on a 0.15μm gate length GaAs pHEMT process.

Frequency range: 2-22GHz
Linear gain: 15dB
Adjustable gain control: Up to 30dB with Vg2
Output power @1dB comp: 18dBm
Noise figure: 3dB
Psat: 20dBm
OIP3: 28dBm
DC bias: Idq = 100mA @ Vd=5V (Vg1=-0.3V and Vg2=1.7V)
Package: 28L QFN 5×5

UMS LNA CHA3024 Is Proposed in the Newly Launched 7×7mm² FDB Package

The CHA3024-FDB is the first product proposed by UMS in the 7×7mm² hermetic metal ceramic FDB package (SMD type). This circuit is a wideband 2~22GHz Low Noise Amplifier. It exhibits more than 30dB dynamic AGC (Adjustable Gain Control) and only 3dB noise figure with a max linear gain of 15dB and a P-1dB of 18dBm. It is designed for S, C, X, Ku Band SATCOM and radar for high rel and on-board applications.
