VINCOTECH's flowNPC 0  and the flowNPC 1 modules let you have it both ways. Equipped with the latest Infineon TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT5 S5 & L5 chipsets, they outperform standard products with double the switching frequency and equal or greater efficiency. And they drive down your component costs. Able to deliver switching frequencies up to 50kHz even without SiC technology, these modules bring you the benefits of the highest efficiency. Featuring an IGBT S5 chip, flowNPC 0 and the flowNPC 1 modules are very smart alternatives indeed for single-phase solar applications.


Both modules are available with Press-fit and solder pins, and without added non-recurring engineering costs at that.
