In fact, the basic principle of infrared thermal imaging detection is to capture the infrared radiation emitted by the equipment to be detected and form a visible image. The higher the temperature of the object, the greater the amount of infrared radiation. Different temperatures and different objects have different intensity of infrared radiation.
Infrared thermal imaging technology is a technology that converts infrared images into radiation images and reflects the temperature values of different parts of the object.
The infrared energy radiated by the object to be measured (A) is focused on the detector (C) through the optical lens (B) and causes a photoelectric response. The electronic device (D) reads the response and converts the thermal signal into an electronic image ( E), and displayed on the screen.
The infrared radiation of the equipment carries the information of the equipment. By comparing the obtained infrared thermal imaging map with the allowable operating temperature range of the equipment or the normal operating temperature range of the equipment specified in the standard, the operating status of the equipment can be analyzed to determine whether the equipment appears The fault and the location where the fault occurred.
Special pressure equipment is often accompanied by high temperature, low temperature or high pressure working environment, and the surface of the equipment is usually covered with an insulation layer. Traditional inspection technology has a relatively small use range of temperature, and usually requires equipment to be shut down and partial insulation layer removed for spot check and inspection. It is impossible to judge the overall operating status of the equipment, and shutdown inspection also greatly increases the inspection cost of the enterprise.

Infrared thermal imaging technology can collect the overall temperature distribution data of the appearance of the equipment in service. It has the advantages of accurate temperature measurement, non-contact, and long temperature measurement distance, and judges whether the equipment is operating normally through the measured thermal image characteristics.
